STUDENTS DELEGATION FROM BUCKNELL UNIVERSITY, USA

RIIFS received a student  delegation  from Bucknell  University,  USA,  from  the   Middle East Studies Program. Dr. Amer Al-Hafi talked about the relationship between followers of religions and explained the relationship  of religion to political conflicts, especially in the Palestinian cause, and the danger of exploiting religious promises and beliefs to justify the occupation and promote  conflicts,  and  touched on  the  reasons for  distorting the  image  of  Islam in Western  media  and  ways  to  change stereotypes of Islam in the West.
